As a part of my high school fashion design and marketing class, I crocheted this coat and dress out of 300 plastic bags. It won best in the category for avante garde and was featured in the local newspaper as well as a social media campaign by the Hy-vee grocery chain. It was also displayed in the shop Raygun as part of their new repurposed clothing line.
